We are currently seeking Independent Contractors to join our cleaning team. We're in search of skilled and committed cleaning professionals eager to expand their business and work autonomously. As an Independent Contractor, you will have the opportunity to manage your schedule while providing cleaning services to our commercial clients.
*Responsibilities:*
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing tasks by company standards. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces in office buildings and commercial facilities.
- Schedule and manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within the agreed-upon timeframe. This includes prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely arrival at different job sites.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs, preferences, and any special instructions. Provide updates on job progress.
- Bring and maintain necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. Ensure that items are in good working condition and stocked appropriately to complete cleaning tasks effectively.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including dates, times, and tasks performed. Upload before and after photos of the property. Report any issues or damages encountered during cleaning to management promptly.
*Qualifications:*
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
- Have your transportation and a valid Driver’s License
- Have Business Liability Insurance
- Provide your cleaning supplies, including essentials like vacuum cleaners, mops, step stools, preferred cleaning products, etc.
- At least three years of professional cleaning experience, preferably 5 or more in a commercial setting
- Have access to a smartphone or email
- Possess basic knowledge of English for effective communication
- Can offer at least two professional references
- Have a bank account to receive payouts
